Jeff is an experienced and talented contracting professional with over 20 years’ working in the construction arena. Starting in the lumber yards, he acquired extensive knowledge of residential building components. He went on to work with residential contractors by successfully completing a wide range of home renovation projects. In addition to his residential renovations, Jeff went to work for a modular home building company where he managed multiple areas in the factory, furthering his career by keeping tight production schedules. He advanced from there and was promoted to Project Manager - building out the communities where the modular homes would be placed. This position provided Jeff with the unique opportunity to learn about the land and infrastructure side of building construction. With that success, he was recruited by a commercial construction contractor to serve as Superintendent building large scale retail stores. Multiple store projects were constructed simultaneously all while Jeff managed their trade partners to meet expedited deadlines within budget.  In addition to Jeff’s substantial construction experience, he recently expanded into building docks and installing boat lifts, broadening his impressive portfolio.

Tracy is an experienced and creative construction professional.  After earning her degree in Business Education, and having taught for several years, she transitioned into the construction arena.  Her passion for renovating, repurposing, and building has provided Tracy with a multitude of opportunities. Her vast construction knowledge was obtained through home building, project management, and all aspects of construction purchasing and budgeting.  Tracy’s wide array of knowledge and experience ensures successful projects from inception to completion.  Whether your project is straight forward or more complex, her ability to ask the right questions has allowed her to diagnose the issues and complete projects in a timely and cost-effective manner.  Tracy’s extensive experience in the residential, commercial, and educational construction arenas guarantees your home project will be a pleasant experience!
